5. Cash-Flow Machine.

Books can create their own stream of income but, tied into your marketing plan, it makes it a sure-fire bet you will have a continuous “money gusher” on your hands.

We create money all of the time. It doesn’t matter where I am in the world. I could be in Hawaii (like I was) with my family and still making money.

This last summer I spent 3 months being with a close family member in his last days of life and I still made money while I didn’t even work.

Now, THAT is freedom. I was there when he needed us because I could CHOOSE to be. What is your choice?

Lead Generator:

It is the number one easiest way to qualify the perfect client.

Your book will generate leads faster than you can type them into your database. Why? Because it is targeted directly to those you want to pick up. Mixed with the Expert Positioning, you will have a constant stream of people begging you to make sure you keep them in the loop.

Robert Kiyosaki, Author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, is a great example of this. He wrote his book so that he could sell his cash flow games. He is a perfect case in point. Most people hadn’t even heard of Robert until he wrote his book. Now he positioned himself as the EXPERT.

There are a multitude of reasons why business owners should write a book. In the next few days I will attempt to give you a few in hopes that you will be inspired to do the right thing for your client.

#1. Expert Positioning:

Begin an author sets you up above the rest. This type of marketing eliminates any competition. After all, would you want to do business with companies/people who ‘claim’ they know what they are talking about? OR with one who DOES know what he/she is talking about and has put it in a book for the entire world to see?

Think about it folks… if you are in ANY business you can benefit by positioning yourself in this way.

EVEN, if you are in a MLM company, you will create a safety net for people to partner with you. Imagine if you and I are both in this same company. We have the same amount of experience and we have the same number of partners in business with us.

Now, I write a book and have it published… you don’t…. where will you be in a year from now?

YES when positioning yourself as an expert, the BEST position is the TOP!
